Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

CPLHan offers a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. If you decide not to continue, simply uninstall the app. No refund is needed because no payment was made.

2. One-Time Purchase

After the trial, activation is a one-time payment of $49.99 for a lifetime license. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, the following rules apply:

Before activation: If you have paid but your license has not yet been activated, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
After activation: Once your license is activated, the purchase is non-refundable. This is because activation delivers the full product immediately and cannot be reversed.

3. Technical Issues

If the App fails to launch, or its core features (navigation, music, calls) do not work on a BYD vehicle with an Android-based DiLink head unit, contact our support team on Telegram at @cplhan or email [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the issue.

If we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: minor lag, occasional disconnections, or performance issues caused by an aging head unit, outdated system software, or third-party app conflicts are not grounds for a refund. Activation fees are non-refundable once the license has been used successfully.
